Overview
In de zesentwintigste eeuw voert de mensheid een intergalactische oorlog met een alienvolk, genaamd 'The Covenant'. Een elite-eenheid van supersoldaten genaamd 'The Spartans', onder leiding van 'Master Chief Spartan' John-117, bestrijdt deze buitenaardse vijand, teneinde deze dreiging voor het menselijke bestaan af te wenden.
